How do I check my delivery status?

Open the Bake House app > Orders > select today's order. You'll see prep, out-for-delivery, and ETA. We text you if the rider is delayed.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Yes, up until your batch goes into the oven. Go to Orders > tap the order > Edit address. If you're locked out, message support and we'll reroute.

What if an item arrives damaged or cold?

Snap a photo in-app and request a fix within 2 hours of delivery. We'll re-send fresh items or process a refund within 24 hours.

Do you store my payment details?

We use a PCI-compliant provider to process payments and do not store your card numbers on our servers. See the privacy policy for details.
